Alisha Denise Smith of Wichita Falls was born on May 26, 1984 to the late Terrance Deworn Newton and Hope Denise Smith. She gained her wings on February 7, 2024

Alisha was a graduate of Wichita Falls High School with the class of 2002. She attended Western Oklahoma State College and played on the Women’s Basketball Team

She was employed at Goodyear Tire Company in Lawton, Ok for over ten years.

Alisha is preceded in death by her father, Terrance Newton; grandparents, Stanley Dean Smith Sr. and Birdell Smith; aunt, Nancy Jean Veasy; uncle Stanlley Dean Smith, Jr. (Pee Wee)

Alisha is survived by her mother, Hope D. Smith; stepdad Charles E. Massey; sisters, Danielle N. Smith, Talisha D. Smith, Tiffany Kines and To’Meka Kines; brothers, Chris D. Smith (Alycia) and Antrea DeVaughn; nephew, Micah D. Smith and niece, Skylar R. Smith; other family and friends.

Alisha was a Beautiful Soul always Loving and Caring; always laughing and dancing making everyone smile. She was truly a JOY to be around.
