Barbara Faye Harrell was born on July 26, 1961 in Wichita Falls, TX to the late Raymond and Minnie Harrell. She gained her wings on September 8, 2023 surrounded by her family. She graduated from Wichita Falls High School in 1979.

Barbara was employed at United Regional Hospital for twenty-one years in housekeeping. She retired April 1, 2023 due to her illness.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Minnie Harrell; daughter Kristen Toliver; grandparents, sisters, Gloria Isaac and Patricia Harrell; brother Kenneth Harrrell; nephew Edward Harrell; brother in laws, Michael Hansboro and Marvel Duckett and mother in law, Mrs. Darlene Burnett.

She leaves to cherish her memories, husband, Tony Burnett; son Raymond Harrell (Denise); nine grandchildren; sisters, Beverly Hansboro, Ruby Petty, Clara Jones, and Joyce Duckett; brothers, Ronnie Harrell (Sandra) and O. H. Hubbard; son in law, Jerry Toliver; sisters in law, Linda Love, Mia, Akneca, Latoya, Shalansa; brothers in law, Fredrick T. Burnett and Mack Sillemon; father in law, Fred Burnett; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
