She moved back home to Wichita Falls, TX where she enjoyed reuniting with her friends and family, especially her cousin, Gwendolyn Sheppard (Gwen), attending church, shopping, and overall enjoying the rest of her days with her significant other, Mike.

I worked with Bev at State Farm and we worked in San Antonio during a hail storm in the '90s. The catastrophe office was clear across town from our hotel. For the whole week we were there we would get lost and miss our exit back to the hotel! We made the best of it and stopped and ate at different restaurants all week along the way back to the hotel. Rest in peace my beautiful friend. Beni Ramirez
