Dee Sheree Smith Morrison, 60, of Possum Kingdom Lake, TX, passed away on April 18, 2026 in Wichita Falls, TX.

She was born on January 27, 1966 in Irving, TX to Ronald Dee Smith and Sherill Darlene Smith (Reid). DeeDee was a graduate of Graford High School and spent her days with friends, playing basketball, cheering, and forever living "The Lake Life".

DeeDee worked as an Office Manager for Hall Building Products for the past 17 years and before that, she devoted her life to raising her family. She was known for her incredible spunk, wit, and always smiling face.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ron Smith and Sheri Reid, as well as brother, Larry Smith.

She is survived by significant other, Jason Martinez;, husband, Ronny Morrison; daughter, Ashley Slusher (Taylor), son, Aaron Morrison (Dru); grandchildren, Jacob Peysen, Addison Cyrus (Shedrick), Lydia Walker, Marley Morrison, Maisie Moon, Viola Slusher, and Max Morrison; eldest brother, Barry Smith (Kathy), stepfather, Tom Reid; and a host of nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

There will be a Memorial Service entrusted to Wells Funeral Home on May 3, 2026, at Wells Chapel, 811 Woods St. In Wichita Falls, TX 76301 at 9:00 AM followed by a Celebration of Life at Noon at The Pizza Shack in Possum Kingdom.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered. She would not want your tears, only laughter to celebrate the ever so colorful life she lived. Always remember her words, "Keep on keepin' on".

    I remember the day we met,we both were having issues with our partners,we were both such Drama Queens,and poor Doris had to put up with us,and we stayed close friends ever since then. I'm going to Miss you,, Vanessa misses you, we'll see each other again and go on awesome adventures again. I love You!!
