Diane Bell was born July 2,1953, in Foreman AR to William Cornelius and Bessie Fowler. Diane departed thins life on January 2,2026 in Wichita Falls, TX. She was lovingly known as Ms. Bell. After relocating from Arkansas, she resided in Wichita Falls for 34 years.

Diane was a devoted homemaker who dedicated her life to caring for her family. She was a loving mother, sister and friend whose warmth, strength and kindness touched everyone who knew her. Her home was always filled with love and her presence will
be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know her.

She was preceded in death by her father, William Cornelius and mother, Bessie Fowler
and six sisters.

Leaving to carry on her legacy are her children; Vickie Williams Carruth of Dallas, TX, Ronald Williams, Dusty Williams, (Cornelia, “Trece”), and Rusty Williams (LaJuana), all of Wichita Falls, TX; siblings, Nancy Livingston of Kansas City, MO, Juanita Luck, Aurora, CO, Joseph Fowler, Detroit, MI, Levern Adams, Detroit, MI and Jackie Harris, Wichita Falls, TX; 18 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren; other family members and friends.
