Earl Junior Neal was born on June 26, 1953 in Hollis, OK to the late parents of Early and Ima Gene Neal. Earl resided in Wichita Falls, TX where he attended school at Booker T. Washington and graduated from Rider High School.

He worked at Wichita General Hospital for thirteen years and later Bill Bartley YMCA for fifteen years before he retired. Earl departed this life on March 9, 2022.

He was an active member of Shiloh Baptist Church.

Earl is preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, grandson, Terry Robinson and other relatives.

He was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, cousin and friend who loved his grandchildren very much. He will be missed by those who knew and loved him.

Earl leaves to cherish his memories, his loving wife of forty-six years, Cora Mae Neal; five children, Sonia Stoval of Irving TX, Tavaous and wife, LaTaSha McKinney of Wichita Falls, TX, Richenda Robinson of California, Temika and Camelia McKinney both of Wichita Falls, TX; sister, Ima and husband, Clearence Mack of Wichita Falls, TX; brothers, David Neal of Delaware and Danny Neal of Dallas, TX; eleven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

    My SINCERE condolences to ALL the Family and Mr. Neal's loved ones. Earl "The Pearl" was a respectful and kind fellow and co-worker. I will always cherish the knowledge he shared with me from his life experience. If a man dies, can he live again? I will wait all the days of my compulsory service Until my relief comes.- Job 14:14
