My SINCERE condolences to ALL the Family and Mr. Neal's loved ones. Earl "The Pearl" was a respectful and kind fellow and co-worker. I will always cherish the knowledge he shared with me from his life experience. If a man dies, can he live again? I will wait all the days of my compulsory service Until my relief comes.- Job 14:14
