Ginnie D. Toliver entered this life September 13, 1937 to the union of Lester and Beulah Monroe in Bryan TX. She transitioned this life July 9, 2023.

Ginnie acknowledged Christ at an early age and was baptized and added to the Body of Christ. She served faithful with the Welch Street Church of Christ, Wichita Falls, TX until her transition from this life. She enjoyed doing God's work in the church and community. The name her family gave her fit perfectly, "Sister," was truly a caring, loving and devoted Christian.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lester and Beulah Monroe, six brothers, Lester, Homer, Emmit, Joe, Earnest and Robert Monroe; two sisters, Beulah Edwards and Lucile Stilwell; two grandchildren, Shane Deshea Luckey and Carl Anthony Flenoy.

Remaining to cherish her memories, her husband Richard W. Toliver, Sr.; sons, Richard W. Toliver, Jr. (Marsha), Sherman Luckey, Jr. (Magaline), of Wichita Falls, TX Kennedy Luckey of Wichita Falls, TX, and Cornelius A. Toliver of Fincastle, VA; daughters, Velda D. Davis (Willie Lee), Regina K. Fleony (George), and Karen E. Luckey; 25 grandchildren, 69 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren; host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends

I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing. 2 Timothy 4:7-8
