Karen Elaine Luckey was born November 3, 1964 to the late Sherman Luckey Sr. and Ginnie Dean Monroe-Luckey in Chillicothe, TX. She transitioned from her earthly home to her heavenly home on October 27, 2024. She attended WFISD Public Schools.

Karen Eliane Luckey was known by family and friends as ““Meme”.” “Meme” impacted many lives with her personality, love, and attitude throughout her 59 years of living. She stood loud, proud, and strong in her faith for the lord. She’ll always be remembered for her courage and outspokenness. “Meme” with her stride and head held high remained tenacious and fierce. She was a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin and friend.

She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Sherman Luckey Sr. and Ginnie Dean Luckey-Toliver; nephews, Shane D. Luckey and Carl Anthoney Flenoy; a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

​She is survived by four children, Keinina (Tory) Spence, Boris Wyatt Jr., Kayla (Marquise) Wiley, and Earl Barrett IV all of Wichita Falls, TX; siblings, Sherman Luckey Jr., Velda (Willie) Davis, Kennedy Luckey, and Reginia (George); thirteen grandchildren; one great-grandchild; aunt Luella Johnson and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
