Rev. Kelvin Durand Hall was born on January 25, 1969 in Wichita Falls, TX. He is the son of Charles and Rosa Hall. Kelvin departed this side of heaven May 17, 2023, while living in Wichita Falls.

Rev. Hall is a graduate of Rider HighSchool. He was a member of the football team and Acapella Choir. After graduating, he attend Memphis Tennessee School of Religion where he received his Bachelor’s degree. He also studied at Midwestern State University and Grand Canyon University.

He was a former Juvenile Correction Officer at Texas Youth Commission and Juvinile Consultant for the Gangs of Dallas under the management of Rashettye Enterprises.

He pastored New Hope Baptist Church in Childress TX and Old Saint Philips Missionary Baptist Church in Mississippi. He’s the proud owner of Hall Management LLC.

He was preceded in death by his daughter Sierra Anderson.

He is survived by his wife, Tonya M. Hall; parents, Charles and Rosa Hall, Wichita Falls, TX; children, Se’Aun Mance (Troy), Montgomery, AL, Rosa Hall, Houston, TX, Shamie Anderson, Oklahoma City, OK; siblings, Beverly Foster (George, III), Mary Ann Watson, Tuscaloosa, AL, Ricky Jones, Tracey Lee, Rhoda Jones, all of Mobile Alabama, Derrick Hall (Kristin), Traverse City, MI, Charles Ray Hall, Jr., Atlanta, GA, Roseann Hall, Wichita Falls, TX; 1 grandchild, Amia Mance of Montgomery, AL; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
