LaTonya Rochelle Harris was born on June 13, 1970 to the parentage of Jamesetta Harris and Alonzo Harris in Wichita Falls, TX. She departed this life on February 2, 2021. She was a graduate of Wichita Falls High School. During her senior year, she earned her Texas Cosmetology License.
An early diagnosis of lupus derailed her career. Despite this, she lived her life to the fullest with a great sense of hopefulness.
She was a member of Welch Street Church of Christ. She will be remember for her generous giving nature, ability to bring family together and her love of purple.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Jamesetta Harris Calicutt and father, Alonzo Harris.
She leaves to cherish her memories, dad, Robert L. Calicutt; daughter, Kimani L. Harris; grandchildren; siblings, Rodrick (Mary) Davis, Herman Davis, Kesha (Damon) Calicutt, Kendra Calicutt-Tillery, JoAnn McGruder, Cynthia McGruder, Sharon A. McGruder; Godparents, Mary Robinson and A. C. Gant.
