was born to Mrs. Cathrine Dillard and the late John S. Dillard on October 10, 1944 in Clarksville, TX. She later moved to the city of Wichita Falls, TX, where she married and had four lovely children. She was a very hard and loyal worker and a dear friend to many people all over.
Mae was an educated young lady that was loved by everyone. She worked to provide for her family and was able to give her children the best life they would’ve ever know. She attended Booker T. Washington School and was one of their cheerleaders in Wichita Falls, TX.
Mae was a member of Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church. Just by knowing her, you would know she was a woman who didn’t mind telling someone the “Truth” about anybody or anything. She was a very good person, whom anyone could go to and receive a helping hand that anyone could give. She will be deeply missed by many and will always be remembered by the people whom hearts she touched the most.
Survivors include, husband, Robert Blue, Jr.; mother, Mrs. Catherine Dillard; brother, Lonnie Dillard; children, James Dillard, Harvey Neil, Sr., Sterline Neil, Sr. and wife, Sharon, Mae Neil Brown; stepson, Clifford L.
