Martha Louise Jeffery Williams was born October 8, 1930 in Dallas, TX. Martha was the daughter of Roy Lee and Mattie Jeffery. She was educated at Booker T. Washington High School, Wichita Falls, TX.

Martha met and married Robert Louis Williams on May 23, 1951. During their 66 years of marriage, seven children were born. Martha joined the Mount Pleasant Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Reverend Robert L. Castle in 1950. She was a longtime, active member of Ever Ready Circle of Mission II until her health started to decline.

She worked at the Wichita Falls State Hospital and First Wichita National Bank.

Martha is preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her brother, Roy Lee Jeffries; and son, Billy L. Williams.

She leaves to cherish her memories daughters Sandra J. Hale (William), Ramona R. Smith and Adrian G. Lowe (Marcus); sons Rodney B. Williams (Marquise), Joe Lee Williams, and Robert L. Williams, Jr; sister-in-laws, Juanita Williams and Carolyn Williams; seventeen grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
