Nolan Thomas, Sr was born September 3, 1932 in Sanger, TXto Lilly and Eugene Thomas, Sr.

Nolan graduated from Fred Moore High School and continued his education at Prairie View A&M University for a year before joining the Army, where he served for three years.

He was known for his 30+ years of hard work at Archie’s All Day Parking Lot, and a plethora of other side jobs. His generosity and compassion to help led to a lifetime of friends and family from all walks of life.

Nolan was predeceased by his parents Lilly and Eugene Sr, wife Dorothy Pearl, siblings Willie Dee, Melvin, Ernest, Eugene Jr, Ola Mae, Della Mae, and Wanda, daughter Tammy, and granddaughter Dorothy Lashawn.

He leaves to cherish his memory his significant other Thelma Mack, his children Janet, Nolinda, and Nolan Jr, brother Louis (Barbara), sisters Dorothy and Jimmie, sister in law Annie, grandchildren Crystal, Brittany, Noan, Kyisha, and Trevor, children in love Diann, Ed, Wayne, and Dorothy, a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren in love, and lots of nieces, nephews, family, and loved ones that loved him dearly.
