And who can say with certainty, where the greatest talent lies, or who will be the greatest in our Heavenly Father’s Eyes! The life of Retha Jo Helen Byrd was born January 15, 1961 in Olney, TX to the parents of Claude Carlos Jr. and Letha Mae Byrd. She departed this life on November 7, 2021.
To this union, ten siblings, three boys and seven girls were born.
Retha is preceded in death by her parents, Claude Carlos, Jr and Letha Mae Byrd; and brother, Alfred C. Byrd.
She leaves to cherish her memories, siblings, Cooky Foster, Roberta Palmer, Anna and James Beamon, Vera and Billy Henry, Claudia Myles, Clifford and Tonia Byrd, Clarence and Tunya Byrd, Doris Byrd; a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends.
