Vicki Rankin Jones was born June 9, 1964 to the parents of Kelso C. Rankin and Mary Maxine Coverson Rankin in Jefferson, TX. She accepted the Lord and Savior at an early age. She was an active member of Welch Street Church of Christ.Vicki was an Alumni of Hirschi High School's graduating class of 1982. Upon graduating, she completed 2 years at Vernon Junior College. She started her career at Texoma Credit Union. Vicki was also a Part-time employee at the City of Wichita Falls Parks & Recreation Department. Followed by a 20 year commitment with AT&T. On March 4, 1988, she married her best friend and love of her life, Ben Jones. We all know how Vicki loved to cheat in spades with her brother George (Loi), but she was hailed, the Queen in spades. She also enjoyed dancing, singing, and getting dressed up. She was known as, "Ms Fashionist." Vicki was loved by many people and there was always laughter when she was present.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Kelso and Mary Rankin; brothers, Patrick Rankin and Artis Rankin; sister, Katherine Taylor.

She is survived by the love of her life, Ben Jones; son, Jermaine Rankin (Olivia); daughter, Valisha Gilliam (Darrious); stepdaughter, Kaneisha Cobb (Anthony); brothers, Bruce Rankin, (Val), Ricky Rankin (Erica), Lance Rankin (Sandra), George Rankin (Marcia); sisters, Beverly Elaine Rankin and Sabrina Coleman (Van); ten grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
